NYC Department of Building is interested in lowering buildings’ energy costs and saving the environment. DOB created a new retrofit program, in which building owners will get FREE technical assistance in order to convert their building heating and cooling systems to modern, energy saving and efficient solutions.

• TRV – Thermostatic Radiator Valve installation
• Annual Boiler, Sprinkler, & AC Service agreements for maintenance
• Hot water boiler, steam, service and repair
• Oil to gas conversions
• Heat distribution experts
• Annual boiler service and maintenance agreements
